BURFI STUFFED PARANTHA

INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour - 400 gm
Water - To make soft dough

FILLING
Barfi(India sweet made of milk) - 200 gm
Chili flakes - 1tspn
Salt - 1/2 tspn or as required

Method -
1. Prepare a soft dough and let it sit for 1/2 hr.
2. Grate the barfi, add chili flakes and salt. 3. Mix throughly.
4. Make dough balls.
5. Flatten the dough ball with rolling pin.
6. Place the barfi mix in the centre and close the dough tightly into a stuffed ball.
7. Again use rolling pin to flatten the stuffed dough ball into a round disk (Parantha) but do not let the mixture ooze out.
8. Heat a flat pan or Tawa (thick cast iron disk).
9. Put the Parantha on the Tawa and turn it after a minute.
10. Let the other side cook for a minute.
11. Now use a little oil and fry both sides till golden brown.
12. Serve with spicy mint chutney or any accompaniment you love.

Note: Burfi is made by reducing full fat milk to a near solid consistency and then sugar is added in the end. It is then allowed to cool down and set. It is cut into square or diamond shaped pieces.
