TRY A 'PAPAD' MY WAY

1. Roast a Papad and eat it with Boondi Raita. Its Yum! gives you immense food pleasure.

2.    Make a Salsa with tomatoes, chilies and cumumber. Squeeze a lemon and some rock salt. Fry Papad like Taco shells. Fill in some salsa and enjoy.

3. Wet Papad with a little water. Let it rest for 2 minutes. Deep fry it for a very pleasant taste.

4. Don't roast Papad on a Tawa. Roast it on open flame. Just keep changing direction quickly to prevent charring.

5. Roast Papad (3-4 stacked together) in a Microwave for 50 - 60 seconds if you are in a hurry.

6. Prepare a filling with onions, garlic, ginger, chilies and bell peppers and some mozzarella cheese . Fill it in slightly wet papad and roll it like spring roll and deep fry for a wonderful evening snack
