SWEET LEMON PICKLE

INGREDIENTS
LEMON (SMALL ROUND AND YELLOW) - 2 KG
SUGAR - 1 KG 
SALT - 100 GM
CAROM SEEDS - 50 GM

PROCEDURE
        Wash Lemons with water and dry them under a fan. Cut into halves. Take a large pet-jar with lid. Put the lemons into the jar. Now note the important point here - squeeze nearly half the lemons into the jar. Put in carom seeds (ajwain), sugar and salt. Shake vigorously and keep it under sun for few days and then somewhere in the kitchen. Note that we are not cooking or heating anything. To get the best taste and aroma wait for 6 months.
