PROCEDURE
1. Make a soft dough with multigrain flour /
refined flour, yogurt and baking soda.
2. Boil potatoes. Cool and mash.
3. Add onions, green chillies, ginger,
amchoor (mango powder), garam masala, coriander powder, salt and mix.
4. Stuff potato mash in small balls of dough
and flatten with rolling pin.
5. Heat gas tandoor.
6. Apply some water on one side of naan and
place watered part on hot tandoor surface and cook till golden.
