MINT, CORIANDER, TAMARIND CHUTNEY


INGREDIENTS

   Mint Leaves - 50 gm

   Coriander Leaves - 50 gm

   Red Onions Shallots - 150 gm

   Green Chillies - 2

   Tamarind Pulp - 2 tbsn

   Jaggery - 30 gm 

   Salt - 1/4 tspn table salt and 1/4 tspn rock salt

   Lemon - 1

   Ginger - 1/2 square inch


PROCEDURE
   Wash the mint and coriander leaves. Peel off the onion skins and cut then into small pieces. Cut chillies and ginger into small pieces. Take a grinder jug and put in the mint and coriander leaves, onions, chillies, ginger, tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt and squeeze a lemon. Grind it but do not make it runny, you should be able to find small bits of ingredients in the chutney. 
Note : Adjust the ingredients according to your taste.
