OATS MATHI (मठी)



INGREDIENTS

200 gm Refined Flour

50 gm Rolled Oats

50 gm Oil

20 gm sunflower / melon seeds

1 tspn Black peppercorns

Salt to taste

Procedure:

Mix the materials with small amount of water to get a soft but crumbly dough. Do not knead it too much. Take small chunks (don't make into balls) and fry them in medium hot oil and simmer the stove. Let them cook slowly to get better crunch.
